Financial Assistance
Farmers understands that growing a business takes time and money-so we give new agents a stable financial base in the form of a financial subsidy while they're developing their agencies. Agents may be eligible to receive this subsidy for their first two years as an agent. This helps pay for start-up and expansion costs and alleviates the financial strain of starting a business.

Farmers seeks to reward their most dedicated agents. So, new agents may also be eligible to receive additional financial assistance to help pay for specific business expenses depending on their level of sales production after their first six months of full-time status.
