The Next Step:
An interview will be schedule with District Manager Christopher Robin Winters to determine if you have the qualifications to join our team as a Farmers Insurance and Financial Services Professional.

The Third Step:
If you qualify, we'll start you on the Reserve Agent Training Program that lets you (on a full- or part-time basis) learn about Farmers, and how to sell insurance and financial services, for up to 12 months. You don't even have to quit your present job to get started. This gives you an excellent opportunity to take a good look at Farmers while we take a good look at you. We work with you while you learn the basic product knowledge and selling skills you'll need to be a success. We will train you in our District Office using state-of-the-art technology. In addition, while in the Reserve program you'll earn commissions on your sales. Once you've successfully complete the Reserve Agent program, you will be considered a full-time agent on the Career Training Program and begin building a successful Farmers agency.
